Types of Sessions

A traditional Pulse recovery session takes place at our location. Each client is assessed using INS. We will find the problem areas and address the overall issues to start your healing/recovery.

Training is a lot of fun and can be intense. Intensity level is based on each persons abilities and personal thresholds. You will be able to train smarter and more efficiently using INS technology. 

Are you unable to come to us? Or, do you prefer the privacy of your own home? If you said YES, Pulse will come to you! There is a $40 per session price increase for this service due to travel and set up.
